Investment Objective

The Fund invests in units of the Invesco Pan European Small Cap Equity Fund – Class C Accumulation Shares.

Investment Policy

The Fund invests in units of a foreign mutual fund (the “Master Fund”) that focuses on equities of companies located in Europe. The Fund will invest, on average during an accounting year, at least 80% of its net asset value (NAV) in the Master Fund. LH European Fund invests in Invesco Pan European Small Cap Equity Fund Class C-Acc Shares (the “Master Fund”), denominated in euro (EUR). The Master Fund is domiciled in Luxembourg, operates under the UCITS framework, and is managed by Invesco Management S.A. The Master Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing in equities of small-cap companies listed on European stock exchanges. Under certain market conditions, the Fund may also invest opportunistically in turnaround stocks, merger and acquisition candidates, and emerging European equities, particularly in Eastern Europe. The portfolio is constructed with a focus on diversification. The Master Fund may utilize derivative instruments for Efficient Portfolio Management (EPM) and hedging purposes. The Master Fund is subject to a redemption restriction mechanism. If redemption requests exceed 10% of the Master Fund’s NAV on a dealing day, the Master Fund reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to scale back each redemption request so that the aggregate amount redeemed does not exceed 10% of the Fund’s NAV. Use of Derivatives and Other Investments The Thai Fund may invest in derivatives for Efficient Portfolio Management (EPM) and/or for hedging foreign exchange risk, at the discretion of the fund manager, based on prevailing market conditions and other relevant factors. In addition, the Fund may invest in or hold structured notes and/or other eligible assets or employ alternative income-generating strategies as specified in the Fund prospectus and/or as approved or prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC). The Fund may invest up to 20% of its NAV in mutual funds, property funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), or infrastructure funds (Infrastructure Funds) managed by the same asset management company. Fund Structure Flexibility The Management Company reserves the right to change the Fund’s classification and special characteristics in the future from a Feeder Fund to a Fund of Funds, or to a fund that invests directly in foreign securities and/or foreign assets, or to revert back to a Feeder Fund structure, provided that such changes do not increase the Fund’s risk spectrum. Any such change will be made at the discretion of the fund manager based on market conditions and with the objective of serving the best interests of unitholders. The Management Company will notify unitholders at least 30 days in advance prior to implementing any change in the Fund structure through announcements on the Management Company’s website and the websites of appointed selling agents or redemption agents (if any).
