Investment Objective

The Fund’s investment policy is to invest in securities and/or instruments within the real estate sector, and/or infrastructure funds, and/or infrastructure investment trusts listed in Thailand, other Asian countries, and Australia. The Fund will invest, on average over an accounting year, not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in such securities and/or instruments.

Investment Policy

The Fund’s investment policy is to invest in securities and/or instruments related to the real estate sector, and/or infrastructure funds, and/or infrastructure investment trusts listed in Thailand, other Asian countries, and Australia. The Fund will invest, on average over an accounting year, not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in such securities and/or instruments. The remaining portion of the Fund’s assets may be invested in equity securities, bank deposits, debt instruments, hybrid securities, warrants, and/or private equity units, in accordance with the regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Fund may also invest in other securities or assets, or engage in other return-generating activities as specified in the Fund prospectus or as permitted by the SEC and other relevant regulatory authorities. The Fund may invest in overseas markets; however, its aggregate foreign investment exposure shall not exceed 79% of its Net Asset Value (NAV). The Fund adopts an active management strategy and seeks to outperform its benchmark index through active asset allocation and security selection.
