Investment Objective

The Fund shall invest, on average over an accounting year, not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in securities and/or investment instruments relating to the real estate sector, infrastructure funds, and/or infrastructure investment trusts listed in Thailand, other Asian markets, and Australia. The Fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to real estate and infrastructure-related assets across the Asia-Pacific region through a diversified portfolio of listed securities and investment vehicles.

Investment Policy

The Fund’s investment policy is to invest in securities and/or instruments in the real estate sector, and/or infrastructure funds, and/or infrastructure investment trusts listed in Thailand, other Asian countries, and Australia. The Fund will maintain, on average over an accounting year, an investment exposure of not less than 80% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in such assets. The remaining portion of the Fund’s assets may be invested in equity securities, bank deposits, debt instruments, hybrid securities, warrants, and/or private equity units, in accordance with the regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Fund may also invest in other securities or assets, or engage in other income-generating activities as specified in the Fund’s prospectus or as permitted by the SEC and relevant regulatory authorities. The Fund may invest in foreign securities and instruments; however, its aggregate overseas investment exposure shall not exceed 79% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV). The Fund adopts an active management strategy and seeks to achieve returns above its benchmark index through active asset allocation and security selection.
